​Zachary Q. Evans has been creating culinary masterpieces for over 20 years. Traveling all over world while serving in the Navy, Chef Q developed a love for cooking and trying foods from different cultures. After serving 12 years he decided to continue in the Culinary field and enrolled in Johnson and Wales University in Miami Florida. Upon graduation he started a successful career as an Executive Sous Chef working for renowned casinos and 5 star hotels. Today he is the owner and Executive Chef for Culinary Creations.
He is always seeking to learn new techniques and constantly searches for what flavors marry well.

His philosophy to creating what he refers to as nourishing art is that food should not just taste good, it should be exciting to the palate as well as pleasing to the eye. ​
